Cookie Disclosure

Crossdock does not set any first-party tracking cookies. The Crossdock admin interface runs as a Shopify-embedded app and relies on Shopify’s own authentication session, which Shopify manages directly with the merchant browser. Crossdock receives only the authenticated session token at request time and does not persist any browser-side identifier of its own.

Crossdock does not load any third-party analytics, advertising, or behavioral-tracking scripts. The embedded admin’s only external requests are to Shopify Admin GraphQL, the Square API, and our own error-reporting endpoint (Sentry, error stack traces only, see the Privacy Policy for the data-minimization clause).

Strictly necessary technical cookies set by Shopify’s own platform are out of scope of this disclosure — see Shopify’s privacy notice (https://www.shopify.com/legal/privacy) for the platform-level cookie inventory the embedded-app surface inherits.

If you visit the Crossdock marketing pages at https://crossdock.app/ outside the embedded admin, those pages are static content and do not set cookies. We do not run a Cookie Wall, banner, or consent banner because no consent is required for the cookie behavior described above (none).
