The plan ladder is now Free, Pro, Premium, and Scale — four plans instead of three — and the two features merchants ask about most both moved down a tier:

• Priced modifier sync starts on Pro. Sizes, milk types, and paid add-ons sync to Shopify and charge correctly in the cart on the $19 plan, for up to 3 modifier sets. A set is one Square modifier list, however many options it holds. Premium and above stay unlimited.
• Multi-location inventory sync starts on Premium, now $39/month. Map more than one Square location to its own Shopify location and keep each pair’s stock in sync separately. Free and Pro continue to sync a single location pair.
• A new Scale plan at $79/month. The same feature set as Premium, sized for volume: up to 10,000 products and 3,000 synced orders a month, for high-volume operators and franchise groups.

Above Scale, Enterprise plans are built one at a time — custom product and order limits with pricing to match. Every listed paid plan still includes a 14-day free trial, and the full matrix of product caps, order caps, modifier allowances, and feature gates is published on the pricing page.

Everything you might want to read before installing is now public:

• A setup guide that walks the whole path — install read-only, connect Square, adopt the products you already have, set your markup, run the first sync.
• The sync model, explained. Why catalog sync runs one way from Square, why inventory runs both ways for non-modifier items, how prices are computed rather than copied, and what Crossdock deliberately does not do.
• Every plan limit, published in one table. Product caps, monthly order caps, modifier allowances, and feature gates — readable before you install, not discovered after.
• A support page with real numbers on it. Email support with a 24-business-hour target, priority routing on Premium and Scale, and a plain list of what we don’t offer: no phone line, no in-admin chat, no 24/7 coverage. We would rather tell you our hours than print a promise we can’t keep at 3 a.m.

The activity log now carries product names, and you can search them. Type part of a product name to pull up just that item’s sync history — every create, update, and failure recorded against it — instead of paging through the full log looking for it.

The worst first impression a sync app can make is 400 duplicate products. Crossdock now starts by looking at what you already have:

• Matching on SKU, with barcode as a fallback. Because it keys on identifiers rather than product titles, matching still works when your Shopify names and handles have drifted away from the Square ones.
• Sorted by confidence, reviewed by you. Clean matches are pre-selected. Partial matches and conflicting identifiers are listed for you to decide on — never adopted automatically.
• Your prices are preserved. When Crossdock adopts an existing product, the gap between your current Shopify price and the Square price is recorded as a per-variant markup, so adopting doesn’t silently re-price your store.
• Nothing is written until you confirm. The review screen tells you what will be linked and what each price becomes, including the one real trade: after adoption, Square becomes the source of truth for stock, and Shopify counts are set to match Square’s on-hand.

The Premium plan adds the two pieces of Square that are hardest to move online:

• Priced modifier sync. Square modifier lists — sizes, milk types, “Extra shot” add-ons — sync to Shopify with their structure intact. Priced add-ons are charged correctly in the Shopify cart, so the customer sees the right total before checkout and your Square order receives the correct line-item amounts.
• Gift card sync. Digital gift cards you issue in Square are mirrored into Shopify with the same code, and balances stay in step both ways, with Square’s balance always the authority. Physical cards, pre-existing cards, and cards created directly in Shopify are flagged rather than silently copied, and Crossdock raises a critical alert if the same card is redeemed on both sides at once.

If you sell for pickup as well as delivery, that now survives the trip to Shopify. Crossdock brings your Square pickup setup across so online shoppers can choose to collect in-store at checkout, with the right fulfillment routing on the Shopify side. Your register workflow stays exactly as it is — pickup is just reflected online, too.

Sync you can’t see is sync you can’t trust. Crossdock now keeps a full activity log inside the app:

• Every operation, in order. What was created, what was updated, what was skipped, and when — so you can answer “did that price change actually go through?” without guessing.
• Failures broken out separately. Items that could not be synced are listed on their own, with the reason, instead of being buried in a wall of successes.
• Read-only by design. The log is a record, not a control panel; nothing you do there changes your store.

Trust is part of the product. Crossdock now ships a full legal and privacy center:

• Public privacy policy, terms, and cookie policy, written in plain language.
• Subprocessor list so you always know who touches your data.
• Data Processing Addendum available on request, with a self-serve form to get a signed copy.
• GDPR data controls. Crossdock implements all three of Shopify’s mandatory GDPR webhooks and answers data requests within the 30-day window. By design, no customer names, emails, or payment details are stored in Crossdock’s own database — so erasure is simple and there is almost nothing to delete.

Your online prices no longer have to match your register. Crossdock never copies the Square price straight across — it computes your Shopify price from a rule you set:

• Percentage or fixed markup. Add a percentage on top of the Square price, a flat amount, or both.
• Clean endings, rounded up. Choose no rounding, nearest $0.05, or .99 endings. Rounding always goes up, so you’re never undercharged.
• Per-variant overrides. When one product needs different treatment, give that variant its own price without touching the rest of your catalog.

Edit a synced price directly in Shopify and Crossdock notices — it asks before it overwrites, so a deliberate change becomes a saved override instead of being wiped on the next sync.

This is where Crossdock begins. Connect your Square account and your Shopify store, and Crossdock does the rest:

• Catalog sync, Square to Shopify. Your products, variants, options, and SKUs flow from Square into Shopify. Square stays the source of truth, so changes you make at the register or in the Square dashboard carry across automatically.
• Two-way inventory sync. A sale in Square drops your Shopify count, and a Shopify sale drops your Square count — webhook-driven, so it happens within seconds, with no polling window where an online buyer can grab something you just sold in-store.
• Preview before you commit. Installs are read-only. You can map your catalog and preview a dry-run import before Crossdock writes a single thing to your store.
