Free trial. Pro, Premium, and Scale each include a 14-day free trial. If you don't continue after the trial, your account simply moves to the Free plan — you are never auto-charged.
Each tier includes the one below it. Everything on Free is on Pro, everything on Pro is on Premium, and everything on Premium is on Scale.
Billing runs through Shopify. Charges land on your existing Shopify invoice, and you can change or cancel your plan from the Billing page inside the app at any time. Downgrading stops the features that tier enabled; the catalog and inventory data already in your Shopify store is not deleted.
